Balance is a healthier lifestyle program that includes weight management. One on one training is for everyone.    Whether you need an increase in motivation, rehabilitation from an injury or have a special date booked in your diary, we can personalise safe, effective and fun sessions to suit your needs and work towards your ultimate goal. Our trainer will work closely with you to cover all aspects of health and lifestyle.
