The Essex by The Club Company

Nestled within 195 acres of stunning countryside just outside of the beautiful village of Earls Colne, our brand-new luxury lodge development at The Essex offers the perfect base to explore the city, coast and country alike with picturesque scenery, quaint villages and seaside towns, right on your doorstep.

If you don’t want to travel further than you have to, you can enjoy our own 18-hole championship golf course, state-of-the-art gym and spa, as well as the nine tennis courts on-site instead.

Do I need to make an appointment to view a holiday lodge?

Yes, please contact us to make an appointment, using the form below or by calling 01787 335 006.

How often can I use my lodge?

We offer a full 12 month holiday season. You cannot use your lodge as your permanent residence. At The Essex, for example, you cannot stay for more than 28 consecutive days. You also cannot go to and from your lodge to work and cannot receive post.

Can I sublet my lodge?

Yes, you can, at many of our Country Clubs, we offer a fully managed letting service, please contact us to find out more information, terms and conditions do apply.
