Cara's First Ladies European Tour (LET) Victory
The 2025 season got off to a perfect start at the Lalla Meryem Cup in Morocco, seeing Cara claim her maiden win on the Ladies European Tour. A birdie on the playoff hole, following a total of 9-under par, led to a special moment for Cara, and we are all incredibly proud to see her enter the winners circle.

Cara’s Career
2025 got off to a fantastic start for Cara, who recorded the biggest win of her career so far in securing the Lalla Meryem Cup on Saturday 8th February 2025, beating India's Diksha Dagar to the title. This mark's her first win in the Ladies European Tour and sets the stage for a great year ahead.
Despite a rapid ascent, Cara remains deeply connected to her roots, having been a member of The Club Company’s Castle Royle Club since the age of 14. Her commitment to the club is evident in every interview and television appearance, including her recent mini-documentary “From Scratch,” which was featured during the build-up to the Open Championship.

Cams Hall Estate’s health club opening
The Club at Cams Hall Estate showcased the brand-new health club through their first Open Weekend. Cara headed down to Fareham to assist on the day and officially opened the club as the honorary ribbon cutter. Golf members then gathered as she held a Q&A session, before heading out to play the newly remodelled course with the club Captains. -
Faldo Futures at The Warwickshire
We had the pleasure of hosting one of the eight regional qualifiers for the Faldo Series at The Warwickshire in May 2024, a competition for junior golfers to test their game all over the country, created by legendary golfer, Sir Nick Faldo. Cara was on hand once again to provide some valuable advice and inspiration to this next generation of golfers. Leading a lesson to a handful of children, cheering them on their way as they teed off and also providing a Q&A session to the members of the club once more, brilliant to see the support shown by Cara.

Cara's Media Day
In between Cara’s busy schedule on tour, she has also proved a fantastic ambassador for the company. Working back at Castle Royle between tournaments with coach Rob Watts, Cara has made the most of both golf and health facilities at the Club, as shown during the media day we had with her. Cara stresses the importance of both group exercise classes and gym work to help aid her overall performance, improving on core strength and balance in particular, recovery also being crucial, a great excuse to head to the spa!
“Pilates is a great way to keep in good shape. The focus on core strength and flexibility is key for the golf swing, it’s great for toning up and keeping everything intact, especially with all the travel we do.” - Cara Gainer
