How do I download the app?

You can download the app from App Store on iPhone or Google Play on Android by searching for "The Club Company" or tap the app icons on this webpage.

What do I need to log into the app?

To log into The Club Company App, you will need to know your email address and PIN. You can also reset your PIN via the app.

Select your home club and use your details to log in.

Do I need to allow location or notification permissions?

No, you are free to decline location, notification and other permissions, though some services may not work. For example, we use your location to show you your nearest club, which is not possible without knowing your device's location.

Can I give feedback about the app?

I am having some issues with the app, what should I do?

Start by logging out and uninstalling the app. Then reinstall the app and log in. If the issue persists, this may indicate a problem with the app functionality itself.
