Check In And Out Times
You can check in for your stay with us from 3pm onwards. Check out is 11am. Early check in and late check out are available subject to availability, at a charge of £30. |
Cancellation Policy
If you book on our flexible rate, our cancellation policy is 24 hours prior to arrival. Should you book on an advance purchase rate, this is non-refundable and non-transferable. For groups of 8 or more, separate terms and conditions will apply. In the event of a no-show, the first night's stay will be charged. If we do not receive any communication from you by the morning after your scheduled arrival date, any remaining nights of a multi-night booking will be released back to public sale. |

Parking And Electrical Vehicle Charging
Parking is complimentary on site, either outside the Lodge or in the main car park. We do not have electric vehicle charging points at Meyrick Park. |
Health Club/Swim Times
Our Health Club is open from 6.30am until 10pm Monday to Friday, and 7.30am until 9pm Saturday and Sunday. Use of these facilities is complimentary with your Hotel stay. You can collect a towel from reception and will require a pound coin/token for the locker. Children's swim times are Saturday and Sunday Only, 3pm – 6pm. opening hours may vary on Bank Holidays and over the festive period. To use the Hydropool, Sauna and Steam room you must be over 16. |

We can put a complimentary Birthday card in the room for you, and have additional packages available to help you celebrate. We do not accept pets at Meyrick Park, other than registered assistance dogs. |
