These Terms and Conditions, Club Guides, Membership Terms and Conditions and The Club Company standard Terms and Conditions ("Terms") govern this Offer. By participating in the Offer, all participants will be deemed to have accepted and be bound by the Terms. These Terms prevail in the event of any conflict or inconsistency with any other communications, including promotional materials. Please read the following terms carefully and keep a copy for your information.

1. Win dinner, bed & breakfast for two at either The Tytherington, The Essex or Woodbury Park hotels, with two spa treatments included. To enter, simply follow the Instagram account and like the post.

- This prize is valid at the following venues only: The Essex, Woodbury Park and The Tytherington
- This offer entitles the prize winner to a one-course meal, overnight stay, breakfast and any choice of two 60-minute spa treatments at The Essex, Woodbury Park and The Tytherington hotels only
- Entries to the Offer must be submitted by Tuesday 4th March until 23:59 and are limited to one submission per entrant.
- Winners will be contacted within 3 days of the competition ending.
- Winners must claim the prize by Monday 10th March.
- Entitlement to the Offer is personal to the member and cannot be transferred.
- One winner will be awarded.
This Offer is subject to availability and may be terminated early by The Club Company at any time.
This Offer may be added to, amended or removed without notice and at the discretion of the club’s management.
This Offer cannot be used in conjunction with any other offer or promotion or redeemed for cash alternatives.

The Club Company reserves the right to remove promotional material from circulation, amend these Terms or withdraw the Offer at any time. In the event of any dispute, The Club Company’s decision is final. No correspondence will be entered into.
This offer is governed by English Law and is subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the English courts.
Stays must be booked by 31st March 2025 and taken by 30th April 2025.
Spa treatments are subject to availability on winner’s chosen dates.
