Cancellation Policy
If you book on our flexible rate, our cancellation policy is 24 hours prior to arrival. Should you book on an advance purchase rate, this is non-refundable and non-transferable. For groups of 8 or more, separate terms and conditions will apply. In the event of a no-show, the first night's stay will be charged. If we do not receive any communication from you by the morning after your scheduled arrival date, any remaining nights of a multi-night booking will be released back to public sale. |
