The Warwickshire Your Stay Place

You can check in for your stay with us from 3pm onwards. Check out is 11am. Early check in and late check out are available subject to availability, at a charge of £30.

If you book on our flexible rate, our cancellation policy is 24 hours prior to arrival. Should you book on an advance purchase rate, this is non-refundable and non-transferable. For groups of 8 or more, separate terms and conditions will apply. In the event of a no-show, the first night's stay will be charged. If we do not receive any communication from you by the morning after your scheduled arrival date, any remaining nights of a multi-night booking will be released back to public sale.

We are operating as a cashless business. Card types accepted are Visa, Mastercard and American Express.

Parking is complimentary on site,  and a barrier code is required to exit the car park which will be provided by our reception team. We have electric vehicle charging points available for your use.

Our Health Club is open from 6am until 10pm Monday to Friday, and 7am until 9.30pm Saturday and Sunday. Use of the indoor facilities are complimentary with your Hotel stay. You can collect a towel free of charge from reception and will require a hotel key card for the locker. Children's swim times are Mon – Sun 9am – 7pm in the Children's pool, and in the main swimming pool access is permitted between 2pm - 6pm Monday to Friday, and 10am - 6pm Saturday and Sunday. Splash times are 11am - 12pm, and 4pm until 5pm. Please note timings may vary during school/public holidays. To use the Hydropool, Sauna and Steam room you must be over 16.

If you are celebrating a special occasion with us please do let our team know! We can put a complimentary Birthday card in the room for you, and have additional packages available to help you celebrate. Take a look at the add-ons section of your booking for items such as Bathrobes and Slippers to a bottle of Champagne.

Complimentary Wifi is available throughout the Hotel. Our Reception team will provide the code for this on check in.

We have a driving range on site which is available for your use, and also 2 championship golf courses,  which you can book to use. To make a booking please contact 01926 409409. We have Golf Clubs available to hire in our pro-shop.

We have a driving range, 2 championship golf courses, a 9 hole course, gym, sauna, steam room, hydropool. Outdoor spa including heated pool, hydro pool, sauna & fire pit.

Our Hotel guests are welcome to use our Creche, but will need to book & pay at reception on the day.

Breakfast is served from 7.00 – 9.30 Monday to Friday, and 7.30- 10.30 Saturday and Sunday. Our restaurant is available for evening dining from 6pm with last orders by 9pm. Our bar is open until 11pm.

We do not accept pets at The Warwickshire, other than registered assistance dogs.

We are minutes from Junction 15 of the M40, and our nearest train stations are Leamington and Warwick.
