Car Parking
We are offering free parking for the first 100 vehicles booked on a first come, first served basis.
Once all free spaces have been claimed, parking will be charged at £3.00 per vehicle.
As parking is limited, we encourage guests to car share wherever possible. A valid parking ticket is required for all vehicles parking on site.
Important Information
This is a ticket-only event. Tickets must be purchased in advance.
The event takes place outdoors, so please dress appropriately for the weather.
Food and drink will be available to purchase throughout the evening.
Outside food and drink are not permitted.
Woodbury Park is a cashless venue. Card payments only will be accepted.
Sparklers are not permitted for health and safety reasons.
Venue Information
To allow for event preparations:
The Strike Shack, Aura Spa, Health Club and Pro Shop will close at 4:00pm on the day of the event.
The main car park must be vacated before event setup begins.
Normal Clubhouse service will end at 3:00pm.
The Clubhouse will reopen at 5:00pm for ticket holders only.
EV charging bays will not be available during the event.
Designated disabled parking spaces will be available and managed by our parking marshals.
Refund Policy
All Fireworks Night tickets are non-refundable.
If you are unable to attend, you may transfer your ticket to someone else. Tickets can only be redeemed once and duplicate admissions will not be permitted.
