Check In And Out Times
You can check in for your stay with us from 3pm onwards. Check out is 11am. If you are staying in one of our lodges, check in from 3pm, and check out is at 10am. For early check in and late check out, please contact our reception desk on the day of arrival. |
Cancellation Policy
If you book on our flexible rate, our cancellation policy is 24 hours prior to arrival. Should you book on an advance purchase rate, this is non-refundable and non-transferable. For groups of 8 or more, separate terms and conditions will apply. In the event of a no-show, the first night's stay will be charged. If we do not receive any communication from you by the morning after your scheduled arrival date, any remaining nights of a multi-night booking will be released back to public sale. Our Lodge cancellation policy is 1 week prior to arrival. |

Health Club/Swim Times
Our Health Club is open from 6am until 9pm Monday to Thursday, and Friday 6am until 8pm, Saturday and Sunday is 7.30am until 8pm. Use of these facilities is complimentary with your Hotel stay. You can collect a towel free of charge from reception and will require a pound coin/token for the locker. Children's swim times are Monday to Thursday 9am – 6pm, Friday 9am - 7pm and Saturday and Sunday are 9am – 7pm. To use the Hydropool, Sauna and Steam room you must be over 16. |
