Jenni Falconer
"I’m thrilled to champion The Club Company’s 'Let’s Talk Menopause' campaign, which is not only raising vital funds for the Menopause Charity but is also highlighting the importance for more understanding and awareness around this often challenging time of life. As a woman in my 40s, I know how important it is to maintain healthy wellbeing and even though exercise has always been a priority for me, it is now more than ever.
It's never too late to try a sport that boosts your cardiovascular health and keeps your body strong, and golf does both. I took up golf six years ago, but I now wish I had started sooner! I love it! It's a great opportunity to spend time outdoors, stay active, the mental focus required can help reduce stress, improve your mood and boost your confidence, whilst also helping maintain bone strength and increase fitness levels."

The Menopause Charity
Menopause affects half the population directly and touches everyone around them—partners, families, friends, and colleagues. For those experiencing it, it can affect every aspect of a
person’s life – their body,
mind, work, and even social life.
Less than half of women, and just one in five men, feel informed about menopause. The Menopause Charity is here to change that, offering trusted information and vital support to those experiencing menopause and the people around them.
Together, we’re breaking the silence and ensuring no one faces menopause alone.
